It is an offence to enter any computer system, using the Internet or any other means, or to use any data or programs where there is no authority to do so. Even where authority has been given to use a computer system, it is an offence to access parts of the system which are not covered by the existing authorisation. It is an offence to cause unauthorised modification of computer material, e.g. unauthorised additions, changes or deletion of any sort. In practical terms this means that you should only be accessing this site using your own username and password. Using any other username is a breach of the Act unless specifically authorised by a manager. Please note that any breach of the Act could result in disciplinary or even legal action.
